Notes

so lots going on ... because holidays.

Finished up last week w/ a Pub crawl... which was a blast but I had terrible sleep last night and the HR only got down to 45. I felt really dehydrated so that weight number probably won't last (shrug). The legs are feeling really good despite all the mileage so I'm going to stick with a no-weights routine for the time being.

This week

1. make sure I'm not getting sick and the HR is just alcohol related

2. only drink/overeat on the 26th when we have xmas dinner.

3. do a short tempo, a long tempo (Thorsday), and a long run (Sunday Funday).

4. 60 miles mostly in singles again.

5. do PT work. Stay ahead of the game, the calf and hammy feel good, keep it that way!

6. 2 swims would be amazing on ez days but aren't required

all in all I'm happy with where I am!
