2E + 4x1T w/ 1 min rest + 2x200R w/ 200jg + 400R + 2E
Right calf was a touch sore at the start but didn't affect my stride. I love the low temp, I'm just cruising lately, even my warmups would have been fast for me a few months ago.

Tempo w/ some turnover at the end... i.e.
