8x min on / off.
Long warmup, quads are still beat up from Tuesday so took 20 min easy, 5 min mod, 4 strides then a 2 min break.
didn't do the final off section. Started with goal of 8x min on / min float with moderate pace goals of < 7 on < 8 float but quickly realized it was too hot and I was too sore. Since this is a B workout for the week, I just backed off the recovery and called it good. It was still startlingly hard to finish. A little bit of sun zaps a lot of energy. Also stride didn't feel particularily smooth though focusing on high knees helped. The right and left legs just move differently. Yuck.
