not really a fast finish long run but still learning to run hard well into a run. The HR was really high but I basically cruised the same speed as I averaged for the Alamo half, while feeling much stronger.

Fast Finish... run for 60 min then starting at M pace try to cut down 10 sec / mile every 5 minutes or maybe just 30 min M or ... whatever check JD for ideas.
