ewwww... ate and drank a lot yesterday (Salami + Cheese nom nom).

Frankly these private logs aren't doing it as I'm still pigging out at night.

Anyways last week was excellent, I forgot to do the heel drops a few days so I need to get back on that but running went really really well and I'm feeling strong. I start being coached by Jason this week so that's super exciting. The workouts in particular look quite fun, I especially like that they progress the pace from slower than race pace to race pace to a couple seconds faster!

Breakfast: Bagel (240) + Cream Cheese (90) + banana (105) = 435

Lunch = Sandwhich (~400) + pickle (10) + 2 oranges (140) = 550 == 985
