a little rain, a 60% humidity

2E + 5x1T (1min rest) + 4x200R (200jg) + 2E

I really just tried to keep an even effort the first the T miles and when I turned around for 4 and 5, viola I was running faster than T pace. Nearly puked on the second R rep however =)

Side note, the upper right part of my right calf is getting really tight and I had to work to keep my stride normal the last T rep.I felt it in the IT band a little so some work there is probably worthwhile.

Other notes: weight is going up too fast, need to fix that. Need to stop eating after 9PM and need to stop drinking when just watching TV. ugg. Also too little sleep (all part of the same problem)
