10x3/1 tried to keep it around HM effort. Rep 10 the calf gave me a bad time but other than that we cruised all over hit some uphills and some downhills and beat the heat (w/ Aimee and Alice).

did some bodyweight stuff: 2 rounds of 5-10: pushups, lunges, calf raises, 1 leg DL.
