Tried to run super easy... kinda failed. HR went ~10bpm out of zone on Van Vechten hill and stayed there =(
Not sure if hill, ice, cold or the morning swim to blame. Probably just unwillingness to slow down.
pre run 2 niggles -- right leg groin, right shoulder just sore couldn't find a way to sit at desk relaxed. First mile I shook out the arm a couple time and it was fine. I didn't notice the groin while running. Kicked my calves twice that I noticed and both times focused on widening the stride just a little.
