6-5-4-3-2-1 min intervals w/ min jog recoveries. Tried to start at HM/T effort and get faster and succeeded except for the 2 min intervals which at least I have the excuse was slightly uphill. Time to work more short quick stuff in with the focus on staying relaxed.
