2E + 5x1T + 1 min rest between intervals + 6 strides + 1E
Felt pretty good except a niggle in the hammy on the fourth and fifth interval. Super super windy so laps 2 and 4 were much easier than 1, 3, 5... ran this on effort and didn't worry about hitting the JD prescribed 7:02 as I think I've lost fitness and/or gained weight. It felt good to finish a workout.
