I've had a lot of days with upset stomachs. Including about mile 8+ of Thorsday runs which I usually have PB + toast + coffee before. I've also been drinking more heavily... I really need to figure this out so starting tomorrow/tonight I'm going to opt out of caffeine and Alcohol for 2 weeks and see what happens. Then I can add one back in. If this stays bad I'll have to try either taking Oemiprozol (?? I think that's what doc told me to take last time, it's OTC) or altering my whole diet.
