Plan was 4x1600 from 7:10-.6:40 and the legs were fine with that but I am not heat acclimated.
1600, 1200, 800, 800 ,400, 200, 200 instead with 400 walk/jog slow recoveries. Absurd weather.
The 6:55 1600 I ran felt like plodding. The legs had no trouble at all with the speed.
