8 mile progression 1 mile down
Coach Jason wanted the final mile at 6:40 which was LT before my triathlon races but it just isn't happening. Effort wise the 7:38 felt like M and 7:10ish felt like LT. I think I either
1. returned to training a little too quick and I need to give the legs time to recover
2. the bodyweight work, especially the calf raises and ATG Split squats are fatiguing the legs too much
3. not enough sleep?
4. minor injury (adductor or calf?) and the form is just a little off (this is what I feel)
