Did a full warmup but didn't feel good from the beginning. Need to remember how to run easy but I think I'm pushing pace on easy runs and it's just silly.

After I texted Jason and told him I basically need a week of easy running to recover. Workout on Sunday but 40-50-60-60/w strides leading up to it.
