1.1 mile cruise intervals (house > Kent > Boyson > Devonshire > Windsor > house loop).
Told myself with all the snow and ice to focus on staying smooth and quick. Legs didn't feel great so I opted for 3 reps instead of 4 since I'm running Thorsday tomorrow. Relatively close to the paces I ran in my progression last week on essentially clear roads with zantes, while today was covered in snow, with spots of very uneven footing, small patches of ice and screw shoes in my Saucony Isos (heavy). Solid effort.
:90 recoveries felt way too long aerobically (HR was down below 140 by the time I started the next rep) but the legs were tired (not bathing in lactic, just accumulated fatigue)
