weight... ugg. Time to stop drinking.
really noticed right leg was loose, left leg was tight before this. Started with right calf super super tight, right hammy gave a few twinges in mile one but then it eased off. The 8-10 second surges were short hill sprints I just didn't want a walking recovery at all so I sprinkled them throughout the run.
wasn't wearing the watch (clasp is broke) so daily reminder that those HRs are just cadence.
