zante pursuits feel dead. First mile felt really good but I could tell while my legs were springy, they weren't super strong. Did the full warmup w/ 5 min @ mod + strides then did 3-2-1 min on w/ min off recovery. Started out trying to hit 7/mi goal pace just to dial that in but kept slipping faster and just had some fun. Hopefully I can find pace easily on Saturday.
side notes: no ride this morning because I woke up late. The body just finally decided I needed sleep which was undoubtedly true as I noticed I was moody the past couple of days. I was really happy to wake up refreshed even if if it was 90 minutes latter than I normally sleep.
