Meant to run 4x800 CV w/ 75 sec rest, did 4x800I w/ 75 sec walk (100m) instead.
CV Goal = 3:13-3:17
I Goal = 3:02
Actual paces: 3:02, 2:58, 3:00, 2: 59
will drop down to 60 sec recovery next time, then post marathon I'll have to increase reps before racing again to get new paces.
