ugg some hamstring trouble again had to walk a couple times to loosen things up. Hamstring ache becomes calf becomes toes curling in on themselves and it's just hard to run. Back to PT I guess.
Wanted to progress the pace after an hour but just settled for 90 minutes of movement.
Trying to get the cadence higher than 170 per my PT as well.
3 hours of tennis w/ my boys and their friends after!!! so no cycling double.
