"easy"?? Maybe Fartlek is appropriate. Either way I've learned the secret to treadmill running is to change the pace every minute to stay engaged.
WU was 10 min starting at 6.0mph adding .1mph every minute.
10x1 on/off - on at 8 mph (7:30/mi), off at 6.7 mph or 8:57/mi
.5% incline the whole time
10 min CD as min@6.7, min at 6.5, min at 6.7, min at 6.4, min at 6.7, min at 6.3 (repeated I was hitting the front of the mill).
