felt rough at the start of this but the legs loosened up so I gave it a go. Was really happy to be done, though I was going to positive split the final 800. Walked the recovery because Phil came in to chat and unfortunately pulled a calf =(
Loved the fact that they were watering the grass inside the track as I got misted every time on the back straight!
