8x400 in 90s, 100m walk.
Kept this intentionally low on volume as I'm building miles. Also probably moving away from v.o2 work now, it's just a touch too intense.

4x200R + 6x800I + 4x200R is probably my favorite. Start with looong recoveries in the I (3 min and progress down to 1 min by :30 increments).
