3 mi progression M -> HM -> T. Should roughly be 7:4x -> 7:2x -> 7:0x but I overran it a touch. Not bad as the 6:57 is still Tempo pace per McMillian. The hamstring did tighten up a touch in mile 3 so I focused on keeping my stride smooth with decent results.
At the turnaround, I hit some ice, slipped and fell for the first time this year but no injuries! Latter I was taking a left and there was a car coming so I headed onto the sidewalk and it got super icy and scary, then the Piccollo car cruised past and I was safe again. Glad I didn't have to tell Adam his friends mom almost hit me. =)
