Effigy mounds 7ish miles + more at Pikes peak. Just aguess on time/distance. Mostly recording to show additional stress and to note that I volunteered at MoS 100 miler from 8PM Friday to 9AM Monday, watching Jen win and Andrew and Michelle do their thing. Dave and Heidi are great pacers! No sleep = crazy stress but HR stayed reasonable and legs were strong enough to run 4 miles and hike 8+. Awesome.
