another very slight FFLR but with about 1.6 to go I had to slow down because the right calf really tightened up. It quickly loosened up and I went fast again.

Most concerning I guess was that for the second day in a row my stomach got really gassy and painful and I felt the need to make a pit stop yet at the end my stomach still felt rough.
