5 mile progression starting at about 8:10. I was hoping to go sub 7 on the last one but no dice. Right leg was a bit of trouble (calf was sore, heel was hitting the left calf and felt like I had to force the knee up etc. -- ran in the grass a bit because it helped). Left leg felt relaxed but like I got little power from it. Second mile was a bit of trouble and I worked through this whole thing. Final mile was weird as the right leg was off and anerobic to keep the pace and the left leg was relaxed and aerobic.
