8x800CV on 1 min walk (try jogging next time)
400-300-200-100 on 100m walk (way slower)
Felt terrible in the early reps and they came in slow, like tempo pace. Took a bit longer recoveries and got the pace to come around. Had some worries about the right calf starting in rep 6 but foucsed on activating the left glute and made it through. Really happy with the sub minute 300.
