That felt good. Unfortunately the paces didn't align with that but whatever. I meant to get in and move for 20 minutes and ended up swimming double that.
main set: 3x[4x25 fast, 100 free smooth on :10 rest] with a focus on holding the nice body position I get when swimming faster into the 100s.

Anyways time to get back to MWM practices (why do they have to be so darn early) so I can get some coaching.
