fartleky long. Trying some EIM stuff.
1-2-3-4-5-6-6-5-4-3-2-1 on with equal time jog. Tried to keep ons at tempo (threshold or slower) effort though this was a long effort and by the end HR was high and legs were tired. Glad I'm taking the weekend off
