Notes
so much to note here:
1. started out with 10 minutes easy "running errands" - check to Stumphs
2. 15 min moderate... did not feel good -- noticed that my calves were sore already. Running the majority of miles in Saucony instead of Altras is really killing my adaptions to low drop
3. 2 laps of stride the straights, jog the curves at decent pace (mileish)
4. 3 min rest, questioned if I wanted to do this. Creek was beautiful
5. Hit the first couple reps hard. Easily 5k effort, recovered too fast as well
6. cratered quickly but kept the on portions decent. Off portions quickly went to true easy paces.
7. 8th rep the calf flared up and heel didn't hit the ground so I called things off.

Alternations... however you want to do em. Mona, normal min on / float trying to keep float close to M pace, on at 5k-10k or just Aussie Quarters. Run the on portions under control, recover faster than easy pace.
