Tried to keep it really really easy but by the time I hit the 1st ave bridge I was moving decently. Doing the dichary precision workout seems to really queue the right muscles but my right calf was still a bit unhappy. The stride on that side feels heavier with more ground contact time and it's the outer part of the muscle that complains. I guess I'll keep foam rolling it.
