another windy run. Going long sleeves + Gmas jacket wasn't warm enough but I made it anyway. Base layer + jacket is probabaly better. Had a lot of trouble reining myself in and keeping the HRR <78%. I think I'm running short on sleep and the RHR is creeping up. Need to fix that ASAP. OTOH long run is good prep to be able to eat like a pig at a super bowl party.
