Treadmill ... Gait analysis + strength analysis.

1. not stable doing right side planks

2. leg contact time even during jogging

3. during running right leg spends way more time on the ground. Need to activate the left glute

4. single leg squat jumps the right leg is as stable as the left and goes deeper into the squat.
