2x4x50 on the 1:10, min between sets. All 50s were 47-50 seconds. I could have just strung these together if I were really dedicated to swimming like I am running but the recovery was nice, even if minute was totally excessive (I was itching to go around :40)
50m breast, 25 m back thrown in there in the CD. The WU included a lot of catchup and forced breathing patterns: 4 stroke left side, 4 stroke rt, catch up etc.
