beautiful day for a run. Some GI issues, some right leg soreness...
stopped mile 5 for a bathroom break at IRC. Stopped mile 7 for a 30 second leg swing which really helped the leg out ... oddly enough it was great on the Memorial Hill loop and it was the flats around Cedar Lake that bothered it. Stopped mile 12 after a super muddy Manhattan Park for a bathroom break and finished strong while trying to ignore the hip adductor/hamstring on right leg. Oddly enough that inner thigh area felt weak.
