so the legs felt way better than yesterday but still tired. JD prescribed 60 minutes M so I thought I'd start out around 8:18/mile and see what happened. Turned into a nice 60 minute cutdown from M to goal HM pace + 13 minutes easy. Just crushed it.

Fast Finish... run for 60 min then starting at M pace try to cut down 10 sec / mile every 5 minutes or maybe just 30 min M or ... whatever check JD for ideas.
