6x3' on / 2 off .. . classic VO2 work even when done by feel on the trail. Wind against me on laps 1/3/5 w/ me 2/4/6. Woof the quad felt like it took a beating... wtf that's new but the hamstring generally behaved even if the stride wasn't perfectly smooth.
Warmup I was sore and normally I would have called this off and run it tomorrow but the weather turns bad so I decided to try and enjoy our last warm day of the year, and I did. Looks like I'm on the cusp of sub-20 5k shape. Gotta get back on that weight loss train and make this easier.
