harder than easy but also easier than a normal workout. HR was kinda high and I didn't feel I slept well last night so I might be getting sick. Just gave a moderate effort on the Squaw Creek trails/hills today. If you believe strava GAP, everything past mile 2 was sub 8 minute/mile effort.
Rt calf didn't love mile 10 so after that I slowed for a mini-cooldown.
Side note: HR was really high this morning. I think I'm getting sick.
