Aimed for 6:24/mile i.e. 4:49 / 1200. Actuals were 4:56, 4:56, 4:59, 4:56
Going to blame not using my inhaler and some wind but meh I just never felt good even with a 2 mile warm up (see other activity today (i set up the WO wrong on the watch).
