the trail shoes are torn, but on the plus side I was able to run the streets w/o screw shoes! Legs felt solid, made sure HR came down below 140 before each sprint. I feel good enough to try some sub LT progression/tempo thingy tomorrow. Keep it short and toss in some strides at the end.
