1609 at Washington track w/ TNT!
Was lazy the first 809 and nearly comfortable. Third lap Sam started pushing to catch Jake so I followed him and with 500 to go I pushed past and ran an honest final lap. Maybe it's smart pacing but I think starting a little faster or pushing on lap 2 would have dropped 4-5 seconds.
Oh well, it's another baseline and I can go from here. Jake is going to TT another mile in 4-8 weeks so I'll see what I've got then. In the meantime, I'll hit the tempos, hill sprints and try to race the 10k at Newbo.
