Notes

"Long" run for the week = 75 minutes. Getting back at it even if it's slow. Wanatee trails. The flat lolipop for 2.5 warmup then mtn bike trails for most of the rest of it minus back to the car. Felt strong but left glute didn't seem to fire like right did.
