Not sure how accurate the HR readings are .. the 148 max I belive the 168-170 crap is nonsense, I just wasn't working that hard.
Heel test & Adam's first 5k of the year! -- Being totally honest the heel was a dull ache for the first 2 minutes and then faded. Which I'm ok with. I'll keep doing heel raises and toe curls to try and build foot & achilles strength
