started as an attempt to see how low I could keep my heart rate without walking and became an attempt to keep it below 120. Avg HR = 122, max HR = 137 despite being all on trail/singletrac. Not sure I'll do anything this extreme again, but good to know it's an option.
Side note: Turning off autolap and putting the watch screen on HR/cadence is a great way to just run and ignore pace.
