right hip is a little wonky. The legs felt really good today (4E... really easy + 4x10sec hill sprints + 4 strides) during the easy section and alright during the hill sprints but didn't really streatch out well on the strides. First mile had some HR wonkiness (cadence lock -- max HR should be 164, not 198) .
