2x6x400 - odd reps at M, even reps at HM, 10k, 5k, 3 min between sets
felt strong and in control until the end of the first 5k despite overrunning most M segments (I can't differentiate between M and HM by effort). Second set got hard sooner and I missed on the 10k but nailed the 5k.
