More Squaw Creek running. Super pleasant weather today. Breezy, cool and no humidity!

Had PT this morning. They encouraged me to focus on hip strength (monster walks, other banded shuffles/walks) and balance (RDL, etc). Secondly I should stretch my left(!) leg more than my right to even things out. They also think about 1 more month and I should be healthy.

The rt calf feels wonky/weak but I had no actual pain today. Just tried to keep things slow and enjoy the singletrack. I have no idea why HR were so high, there was none of the exertion that those HRs led to yesterday so I assume it's the watch being wacky.

Final health note, I slept really well last night. I think it's because there was no coffee after 11AM.
