1. on antibiotics for my sinus infection and I didn't think it was in my chest
2. 81F ... Super warm yuck.
3. 20 mph winds during a tempo run... again ... sigh.
4. On the plus side I found a small loop that's about 1.1 miles so that's as close to dealing fairly with the wind as I can get without running on a track
5. chest didn't feel congested so there's that but those 1 mile reps felt harder than I remember.
6. sleep has been brutally deep the past couple nights. Like kids walking into my room and talking and me not waking up. Gotta rest up I suppose.
7. GPS start location is wrong wrong wrong.
