The piriformis/right buttcheek was sore when I woke up today. Probably a good sign I'd have difficulty on the run. Good thing massage is tomorrow.
Running w Phil. Just a guess on the distance since phone GPS decided not to work today (based of Phil's strava activity).
The bad: Cold = high HR, really tight & sore right calf made me feel a bit awkward and the hamstring niggled really lightly. Need to reassess tomorrow.
w 5 strides at the end.
