a simple 5x400 hard/easy... but on the fourth rep at 300m the right calf siezed up... somehow I limped to a 89 that lap so I was moving better than the first 3 laps. I was really focused that time on activating the left glute because the right usually activates and I feel like the left leg just stabalizes but doesn't actually push. Unfortunately it seems like moving the left leg faster makes the right leg lock up faster.... something to mention to the PT anyway.
It's time to start the XRay/MRI investigation methinks.
Final note: On the way back to work, I found focusing on standing tall, torso pointed up, not falling forward really made me feel better.
